Our story
Stella Park trained for five years in Aoyama under one of Tokyo's most exacting nail artists. She opened Luna in West Hollywood in 2019 with a stubborn idea: that a manicure should be a craft, not a transaction. She still works only one chair, takes only one client at a time, and refuses to book more than seven sets a day. Each one takes two hours. Each one is hers.
