Our story

Eleven years. Three rules. Zero mirrors.

Coach Marcus Webb opened Ironforge in 2014 after fifteen years coaching college and Olympic-bound lifters. He wrote three rules on a chalkboard the first morning, and they're still there: no mirrors, no music, no ego. The gym is six platforms, eight racks, and a wall of chalk. Members write their numbers in pencil on a board that stretches the length of the building. Some of them have been there since opening day.
